Colleen Doran Cancels Appearances to Focus on Good Omens Graphic Novel. Also WorldCon Guest of Honor News for 2026

Due to health issues and the impending completion of the Good Omens graphic novel sponsored by the Terry Pratchett estate Dunmanifestin, Colleen Doran reluctantly canceled her appearances at DragonCon and New York Comic Con.

She is extremely sorry to disappoint her readers, and is very grateful to the shows for inviting her, as well as to her agent Spencer Beck for arranging her appearances. But the book must be the priority at this time.

However, we are happy to announce that Colleen Doran will be an Artist Guest of Honor at WorldCon in 2026 in Los Angeles alongside Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, and Outlander producer Ron Moore, novelist Barbara Hambly, and cartoonist Stan Sakai, among others. The 2026 WorldCon is Colleen’s target date for the finale of her epic space opera series A Distant Soil.
