I have since then bought SH1, SH3 and SH4 for various platforms (including PC), the movie on both DVD and Blu-Ray as well as the soundtracks for all 4 games... The movie is very well done and I think it really has the feeling of the games! It is occasionally quite grisly, thoug. It is made by Gristophe Gans that also made "Crying Freeman" and "Le Pacte Des Loups (Brotherhood Of The Wolf)". Sean Beans role in the film is quite small, the original script had only women in it! According to IMDB the script was returned with a note "There is no men!", the script was rewritten with a couple of male characters added and it was approved. I really like Silent Hill! :)
